店内の大きな特徴のひとつが「土壁」です。
この壁は、工事現場から採掘された土を再利用してつくられています。自然素材ならではのやわらかな表情と質感が、空間全体に落ち着きと温もりを与えてくれます。
天井には杉板を贅沢に張り詰め、店内に足を踏み入れた瞬間、ふわりと木の良い香りが広がります。美しい木目と自然素材が調和した空間は、長く過ごしたくなる心地よさを生み出します。
One of the defining features of our space is the earthen wall, made using soil excavated directly from the construction site.
This natural material brings a soft texture and calm presence that cannot be replicated by industrial finishes.
The ceiling is fully lined with cedar boards, filling the café with the gentle aroma of wood. The beautiful grain and warmth of natural materials create a space where you’ll want to slow down and stay awhile.

TOKYO COFFEE 立川は、地元の土と木の温もりに包まれた空間で、厳選した自家焙煎オーガニックコーヒーを味わうことができる場所です。
忙しい日常から一歩離れ、深呼吸したくなるような空間で、「おいしくて、健康的で、新鮮なコーヒー」を一人でも多くの方に届けたい——そんな想いから生まれました。
TOKYO COFFEE Tachikawa is a place where you can encounter carefully selected, house-roasted organic coffee in a warm, earthy space made of soil and wood.
We hope to offer a moment of calm away from everyday life, and to share delicious, healthy, and freshly roasted coffee with as many people as possible.

当店では、100％オーガニックのコーヒー豆を使用したドリンクや、大人気のケーキを自社で製造しています。また、TOKYO COFFEE TACHIKAWA限定のオリジナルワッフルや、有名店のデザートもお楽しみいただけます。さらに、共にビジネスを行う中で親交を深めた友人の松村智彦が経営する「YES!カツサンド」のオリジナルカツサンドも、当店でしか味わえない特別な一品です。
We serve 100% organic coffee and coffee based drinks, home-made cakes, and a curated selection of snacks and sweets exclusive to TOKYO COFFEE TACHIKAWA. Our menu also features katsusando from YES!カツサンド, a specialty shop run by our friend, Mr. Matsumura.
